Designers

The design was prepared by architects from JEMS Architekci, one of the best architectural design studios. A characteristic part of the building is a 17-story tower at the corner of Stawki and Pokorna Streets, providing a great view to the entire Warsaw.

Its unusual, triangular shape, ultra-modern form of architectural expression, and top-quality materials and technical solutions have won the building recognition from eminent figures from the culture and arts. Meetings with various outstanding artists have been held here as part of regular cultural events named TRIO Inspiracje (TRIO Inspirations). The following were among those who accepted invitations to participate: Waldemar Malicki, a pianist, Jan A.P. Kaczmarek, a composer, Krzysztof Gierałtowski, a photographer, Leszek Możdżer, a jazz pianist and composer, Joanna Klimas, a fashion designer, and pop and jazz musicians Gaba Kulka, Kayah, Urszula Dudziak, Grażyna Auguścik, Anna Serafińska, Mika Urbaniak and Tomasz Stańko.

TRIO Apartments received also the TOP Builder prize awarded by the Builder monthly, and the Best Residential Development prize.
